T-Mobile looking to acquire Sprint?

I have nothing against GSM or HSPDA, there are quite few different technologies out there.. I am just maintenance the EVDO equipements.

What job position do you work at ATT Mobility? I work in network operations (Switch), worked there for 11+ years. I would LOVE to know and meet other "deaf" switch engineers. As far I am aware, i am only one in my company.

richarddeaf, i understand you work for wireless company and you think EVDO is the better. then that is fine. that is your opinion and i respect that.

however i stand correct that att does have GSM's 3G networks.

btw i work for att mobility.

google.com is our best friend that you can find more info about UTMS/HSPA. like for instance, they say HSUPA goes 7.5mbps down and 2.0 up.

As for acquiring Sprint, here's my opinion:

Sprint is run by a bunch of crooks. Bleh!

Other than South Carolina, North Carolina and Puerto Rico, SunCom also covered smaller parts of Georgia and Tennessee.

If T-Mobile already took over Suncom, how come their website hasn't changed, we customers are still under Suncom, and there are no T-Mobile stores within 50 miles of this part of SC?

We don't know when they will change the name to "T-Mobile" . but you can buy SK3 or Blackberry to T-mobile in VA, GA and other state offers T-mobile.

T-mobile device will not charge thorugh Suncom Network. it just under unlimited data service on SK3 and Blackberry.

Thanks but I already have my Blackberry thru Suncom. :)

Suncom is not heard in Wyoming I never heard of the wireless company.

I hardly remember first term many years ago President Bush said all wireless will be change by 2010 and my guess that something is big change in future of Homeland security?

Tmobile is not only company in USA to delay 3G.. Look at ATT as well..

As for other part of world, for example, Korea and Japan, they are always first and leadership in wireless. Sadly, USA will always come last..

Remember, USA is not smaller than Japan, Korea, and Europe.
