Switched at Birth and our children

If I am moving soon, why even bother with the hassle and expense of a PVR if I can't take it with me? Again, we have standard cable where I live now, where I hope to move, I can have either standard cable or IPTV, satellite dish is not allowed. I will just have to do without the convenience until after I move and get settled in. It didn't kill me not to have it before I don't think it will kill me to not have it a bit longer.

Just saying it would be dumb to go into the expense of something now only to not be able to use it later.

You mention standard cable for both places. If from the same company, I would think that you could take it with you.

How about checking that part out and also which service is the best where you will be moving to before making a decision.

yeah, I think if you couldn't take whatever service you have at present
every time you need to move
these TV companies would not have any business!
it's too restricting!

I don't have any satellite btw, just cable.

You just inform them you are moving, and you will have change of address.

But yeah, to make sure call them and ask them.

yeah sure .... like I never knew any deaf pple in my life
and never witnessed their conversation with the hearing via lipreading, sure.. ..

I have never ever met any deaf person even with the best lip reading skills
who would make lip reading as easy
as it is portrayed on S@B.

Daphne goes as far as she is barely looking at pple who speak to her,
they also start speaking to her before she even turns to them fully
or lifts her head up, so - please, okay!,
and pple are speaking to her without any particular effort to make their
lips form the words clearly.

For example the actress who plays Bay's mom (I forgot her name at the mo)
she barely moves her lips,
so don't tell me she is easily readable.

I myself depend on lipreading in huge part, so I know what's like lipreading.
I wouldn't understand without it even with my HAs on.

I was born at night but not last night, so go suck these eggs yourself, ppl.

Fuzzy, the egg sucking comment wasn't for you. It was for Dreamer. And it was not a negative comment.

I agree with your lip reading comments.

Poor Fuzzy. I was telling the kid that she was out of place with her treatment of you.

Cheetah, Botts- (head hangs in shame) - sorry, guys, really.

I flew off my handle (now what's new, eh?), because I hate it when someone feeds me obvious lies.

That, and call it reading while being in the migraine throes..

Don't worry Fuzzy. :)

Watched last night. I am somewhat disappoint about Daphne, too fake and may give hearies some wrong ideas about us.

I don't have a DVR. :( Maybe I will get a chance to get one after I move.

HULU has the contract for the online version. Great quality, gret captioning (not that voice recognition crap or the black box with white letters.

just got to Hulu and type in the search field Switched at Birth. It will show you the current latest version that is available, and they also have several back episodes available too.

Best of all? It is FREE. (but they do show commercials--but even their ads are pretty cool and they only show one or two 15 second ads per break). Hulu is awesome
