Well, most pools must have fences for protection. Suppose if your pool has no fences, therefore, the children can jump into the pool unsupervised (never know if they are not capable to swim well). If they drown into the swimming pool unexpectedly, then you will face a lawsuit.

If the pool with no fences will covered up in DIRT. I am not kidding you.

Ofc, I have a swimming pool with FENCES and brick walls for protection. Several of my friends witnessed my pool.

Just for FYI.

of course, I do have fences. If I dont have them, then what was our point to get a pool?

:werd: thats VERY true and is law here in my county for those homeowners who has pool in their yard -- my sister has her own fence around the pool and a lock with key to prevent the kids from trying to sneek in -- fence is high abt 6 feet and the kids would NOT be able to climb over the fence  the older kids generally leave the pool alone and go somewhere else

I don't like going to public pools like MDC pools (Metropolitan District Commission) and I only go for family pools. :D

My brother has an underground pool oh it's soo gorgeous because he added lights around just above the liner in the pool and it changes colors! Should see it at night time, it's sooo gorgeous! The color changes from white to blue to green to purple to yellow to white and so on. It is so W-I-L-D! :D

I don't like swimming in pools because of the chlorine... I prefer swimming in beaches, lakes and rivers because it's much easier on my skin. I love the cold running water of the rivers as it's very cool in the hot summer. Go swimming in the early morning and you can actually catch fishes with your own hands!!! It's quite a challenge but F-U-N to do!!! :D Just be still in the river and the fishes will actually go to you... grab them as fast as you can and hold on to it tight and you got a fish for lunch or dinner. Cook them with butter and dill.. yummy!!!

I live near a couple of lakes.. like about a mile or a couple of miles away from here. My daughter loves it so much.

my sister got inground swimming pool, Jazz as well.
My mother in law lives right by the lake. we walked down the steps she had about 40 steps (yikes but good exercise LOL). and swim the lake right there. and I can walk 10 min from my house to Santuit Pond but I don't like to swim there, I would walk around yeah. fishing there yeah.. usually we end up either at my mom in law's or at sis's pool. but today we went to Indian Lake for the first time. Not bad lots of shallows Good for kids. I don't have to worry about them going in there soo I got burned D'oh me LOL kids had great time. Tomorrow we may either go to Lovell Pond or Indian Lake after my husband is done with his plants :) EDIT: oops I forgot to add. We also go to beaches if I feel like...... either at Craigville Beach or Sandy Neck Beach in Cape Cod Mass. I like to try Nauset Beach someday altho my husband isnot crazy with beach :)
