I got a response back from Shawn Ulibarri. All he said was:
"We truly appreciate your help with this and your patience. If you experience more issues, please feel free to contact me."
At first I thought, that's it?? But I checked "Bones" tonight, and the caption sync was in fact fixed! Fantastic!
