Oh no.. No more sunrise, let it snow, let it snow in CHICAGO!

Thank You. I plan to get a sunset sometime this winter-- just gotta wait for the right moment to catch one.

I suggest you also wait for a good time to catch the sunrise as well. Wait for the sky to start changing colors......and maybe a better view of the sky.......that as mostly trees and sidewalk

Like so

Only way to do that is kip out in the middle of nowhere here in IL, and do that.

Second story windows.......just get a little above the tree line, but at least wait until the sky starts turning orange/pink/purple whatever. Points the camera up? You took more pic of yard than sky. Just saying.

Or the tallest building in Chicago. Then again, 110 stories isn't for me.

A couple more photos-- these two a little later than the first two.

Does your skyline look like this ? If yes it would be hard get a nice photo of a sunrise unless you got the roof of a building and I am NOT suggesting you to do this .
People go to the beach out here to take photos of the sunrise and sunset. I would think with all the lights on it would be hard to get a real nice photo , the lights give a glare off .

This was taken just before the sun said hello.

After it popped out and the ice became too shiny bright, I retreated back inside.
