summer time is gonna be fun I bet.. I hurt my foot again so it is mostly likely I might will have brace on my foot and be home for next 6 weeks but I am gonna go see dr soon but I'm not excited about it really lol last time I had to use brace for my leg was 2 years ago lol blah but oh well like I said summer isn't here for too long 3 months will go by too fast ;)
 
A 5 girl yo just drowned yesterday , she had a 15 yo babysitter and the girl got out of the house and the teen did not see her . The babysitter called 911 and one no could find the girl , until they checked out the pool in the back yard a second time . The pool had not been used for 3 years and the water was so muddy no one was able to see the girl until it was too late. There was a cover over the pool but it had a small opening . This is so tragic . :( I almost drowned when I was about 8 yo and it was so horrible feeling .

Oh my goodness, what a horrible tragedy about the little girl! What happened as to why you almost drowned, was it at a pool, lake the ocean? Just curious.

It was in a Pow wow river in NH. My older sister and I were at a neighbor's house , we had a summer camp there. I had posted this before.


I just heard on the news tonight that a 2 yo girl drowned in a pool.
This is so sad 2 kids in one week . :cry:

Is it technically summer now? It's in the 40's in Boston: rainy, windy and raw....:cold:

Summer technically start June 21 and I agree it's :cold: here ! I took Marty to the park around 3PM and it was cold windy and wet. I did not stay out very long. It's in the 40's here too. I think I am going to made some hot coffee to drink . We do need the rain badly .

@ caz Pow wow is the name of the River , a lot Native American lived here before White man came and took away their land.
 
it's not hot here yet but should be hot by my birthday june 9th IF not.. blah I have a feeling it might will rain this summer cuz we haven't got any rain that much since last jan.. geez like I said I remember when i was 8 or 9 it rained one time in july but I had no jacket but it was cool but still hot outside but this time if it does rain in july I'm gonna have a cool jacket with me in case cuz I don't want to walk in rain or I have to wash clothes.. speaking of washing.. water cut already started june 1st.. but my dad know what to do so.. I don't remember that kind of water cut my parents remembered first time that happened probably 20 years ago... but now? geez oh well will see how that turns out to be.. blah lol
