Bott, I think the HA covers your daughter makes look really great. I might try making some myself. I find the 'original' size ear gear a bit tight on my HAs, when I put them on I can't easily change the programmes. The 'fm' size is too big, unless I'm using my fm receivers. Are they difficult to make?

SuperChris, I live in England and I sometimes use ear gear, they protect your HAs from the rain, and we get enough of that here!
