"Suck My Dick!"

I went with Airforcetruck61, DeafMachiavelli, Bewitched and her boyfriend with a lot of other Deafies to a restaurant last Saturday. It was really fun!! A Deaf couple sat across the table from me and had some good conversations. Somehow, the subject about pagers came up and the couple got upset. I asked them why they get upset all of a sudden. The husband told me that he has sent his wife's broken pager to get it replaced because they have a warranty on it. Well, Wyndtell kept it for a while and finally, a pager was mailed back to them. The wife opened the mail and checked the pager. It was the SAME pager they sent to Wyndtell, but this time, it had a few emails in it from total strangers. It looked like someone used her pager for sending personal emails and used her service. Then someone from Wyndtell sent her an email with "Suck My Dick!"

That crossed the line! I am never going to buy from Wyndtell if their employees are going to use my pager for sending offensive messages to others and myself!

Wyndtell, you can "Suck My Dick!" :madfawk:
 
My god. Wyndtell Company is such an ass!! Thank god, I never purchased any damn pagers from Wyndtell!! RME. I hope someday Wyndtell will get into a serious trouble!! :madfawk:
 
Gee...sure am glad that I haven't purchased anything from Wyndtell at all ...what's more it's not available here in Australia -- neither is T-Mobile and Sidekick, *sigh* :(

Eh? I'm lost. You're saying that you sent it back to have it fixed. It was never fixed and they simply added "Suck My Dick" before sending it back to you? Are you sure it was sent back to you or the package was invalid so it never arrived at Wyndtell. Perhaps, it was still working in a way so you were able to receive messages while it was in the mail?
 
geez I'm so glad I never used wyndtell anymore cuz their service sucks totally :thumbd:

It's not my pager. This is one of the couple's pager (the wife's), they sent it to the right address, and it got sent back with those email messages and it looks as if the people at Wyndtell used her pager to send messages out and one of them came from the wyndtell customer service with "suck my dick!". That's what they told me. I believe them because I know them. They have a good head on their shoulders. The husband is working on PhD in Psychology and the wife is getting a BS in Registered Nursing. I know they would never make up something like this at all!
 
I had no idea some employeers there would be so obessive about dicks... :ugh:
 
ahh yet another complaint targeted to Wyndtell!!!!!!! im NOT at all surprised that this sort of thing has happened after all Wyndtell has NO interest in their customers!!!!!! they only want the money from their customers by ripping them off!!!

Hmm.. I went to Wyndtell.com website. I don't see "Consumer Code" or "privacy policy" or "terms and conditions".

We can sue them whatever we want. (whistle)
