Terrible! What's with all these shooting at schools?? Schools used to be a safe place to go to. Ridiculous!
 
I don't see kids use bullet-proof backpacks for protect them or They did not train kids how to use backpacks before too late...

I think the backpacks are joke , they're not big enough to protect a child and the kids would have to have it with them at all time in school . And I bet the kids will be too frighten to even think of using it . I know of adults that have lifeline and they did not think to use it when they fell.
