Strange way to kill yourself

OMG....how totally sick. He had to be really mad at family left behind to make them deal with that. Those poor people who were witnesses to that horrific site.

If he did, which kind?

1. Proving Honda's newer, stronger engine.
2. He was trying out for the world's strongest man contest.
3. NY was not going to let him get away before paying still another tax.
4. Chiropractic was too expensive.
5. Couldn't take one more day of his mother-in-law's visit.

Seriously, what would make someone do that?

The beheading of the two men. I have no idea why the guy decided to take his life that way. Maybe he wanted to shock people or he thought he was getting back at some people ? It was a very violent death and seem like he was trying to made some kind of statement to do it out in the street .
 
Wow! Talk about losing your head!

He must have been dealing with a real pain in the neck. I wonder what would happen if he tried doing this in a smart car? probably have to wear a neck brace for a week.
 
This is beyond words for me to say... I hope there is no copycats for this. No one wants to see this barbaric act of a suicide.
 
It's a good idea to know what is going on around us. BUT...lately there has been so much extremely graphic, horrifc news reports. If you watch the news all day and constantly follow all the horrible stories it will make you sick. People get super depressed, don't want to go outside etc.

Some people that are very depressed will commit suicide if they hear of someone else doing it. I did wonder if the beheading of the two men gave the guy this tragic idea.
 
It's so sad - such a horrible way to die. And the poor family and friends as well.

I just took my dog for a walk at the duck pond today and got talking to a guy with a dog and the guy said just about the same thing you did about people don't wanting to go outside b/c of the horrible happen around the world. I like to know what is going on too but I did not like it when the news kept showing a photo on James Foley on his knees and the monster waiving a knife near his head . The photos kept showing the knife getting closer to his head and I thought the next time the photo was going to show the knife on his neck . :(
