i live in an area where tornadoes dont usually hit -- but it DID a few years back -- i live not far from the University of Maryland and it hit the area there (i was driving thru that area at the time it occurred) MASSIVE winds and HARD driving rain shit OMG the car was shaking and i managed to keep total control of the car and when i finally got back i found out on the news that the tornado hit the U of MD and killed 2 University students -- their car was picked up by the tornado and "dropped" on top of a dorm bldg both killed sad :( and i had thought OMG that tornado could have come TOO close -- happened in a span of a few minutes! oh sheesh

I recalled my own experiences with lightnings.

July 1980--I went to Salt Fork lodge in Cambridge, Ohio with my family members. I sat on the wooden picnic bench and I decided to move my right leg together. Suddenly, the lightning bolt zapped on the bench where my right leg was originally on. I noticed something odd...it was bleeding..I found it impossible!! I did not get hurt or shock physically.

Spring of 1986--I rode my bike to a local school where softball game was started. The school was about 3 miles away from my home. When I arrived there for a short time because I noticed black clouds, so I knew it would rain hard. I had to ride my bike back home, somehow, I was on the way back to home, it rained so hard!! Then, the hail balls dropped furiously at me... it was huge ball.. of course, it hit me hard!! I was closer to home, finally the lightning bolt almost zapped me on my bike!! I could say maybe 2-3 feet!! Of course, I was all wet plus my new hearing aids were dead on me!! My dad got pissed off!! LOL

Oct. 1998--Tucson, AZ I went to Taco Bell on the corner of E. 22nd St. and Alvernon Way. After I got mexican pizza order, I came out, going to my car outside..well, it was moonsoon and thunderstorm in Tucson....when I entered into my good Toyota Corolla car, somehow, the lightning bolt zapped on the top of my car. I was like oh, geez.. not again!!

I sense that it will happen to me in the future... I can say this...

TO BE CONTINUED....
