State of Massachusetts Considers Ban Spanking new Law

I don't like the bill. Toss the bill in the trash.

It is hard for any mother to take care of their children every single day until 16 years old. Sixteen years is a long way to take care of children.

They could command their voice to tell the children to stop being behave or stop being trouble from fighting each other children. If it does not work, then spank is a last resort.

It is ideal that Connecticut residents are not allowed to shoot someone who break in their house. If a robber is dead, then the owner is in prison. That's a dumb law. In Mass, the homeowners are permitted to shoot a robber in their house. That makes sense.

It is crazy! I have heard it all before but it is crazy! I wonder if my childhood friend of 29 years knew about this since he lives in Mass. It is sad. I will have to let him know in case he doesn't.

I heard a child service saying to a child once right there that the parents are allowed to spank, bite, hit, jump or whatever AS LONG THERE IS NO MARK on a child. It is true. If a child bite other child, you have to teach a child by biting them, but the right away not to take abuse on a child. That was years ago.

I wish two parents who have broken up have to stop blaming one other and report faslely to child sevice or police just because the two parents are angry with one another and use a child as a bait to won them over. It is wrong. That two parents got to grow up and set a good example to their child or that child will never learn what was right or wrong.

We do have laws here, but otherwise, instead of spanking I just sat my son down and talk to him nicely without getting angry or raise your voice and let him know what he had done wrong. It always works for me as long I cannot spank my child. Just set a good example is all we can do today.
