As for FCC. I know it have nothing to do with pricing but matter of fact that they shuld protect handicap and deaf from cellular and cable co's abusive practice. Capping it is bad for deafie. They shuld make it exception for us. There are billions of hearings and we're just a small minority of deaf population. Get idea?

FTC is right agency about covers the situation of usage limitation but I don't think they could do anything, unless you want make congress to pass the bill to adopt specialized plan for deaf people, it would be very difficult to do it.

Yup I agree unless we have grassroot support.

As for cap. I just saw on Sprintrelay.com and click "Data plan only for $29.99".

It say for PAM (phone as Modem)-- 5GB month within network, 300mb outside of network (roaming) a month.

It wasn't there few months ago when I got the BB Curve. I will contact Sprintrelay.com store Rep if I grandfathered the old data plan LOL. I doubt they'll waive it lol.

I have Sprint Unlimited 59.99 per month it will not change because I have contract agreement.

Sprint does not offer Unlimited data 59.99 per month anymore to new customers. but Sprint will give 5GB data for 59.99 per month and after 5GB you will be charged .001 ( 1/10 cents) per kb.

if you use webcam VP it will get up to 30GB in one month through sprint or verizon EVDO Rev A and 3G UTMS/HSPDA will cause overage charge per kb each if any customer have 5GB plan in their account. 300mb is not enough for VP or webcam in roaming access


if current sprint customer will receive the information no longer "unlimited" and change 5GB per month plan effective notice. I will no longer use webcam or VP due to webcam or VP can eat alot of data usage


if Comcast begin cap 250GB the VP will have plenty of bandwith usage VP is only about 30GB in one month depend on you use on VP hours

but I have a good thing I have still unlimited data plan in my sprint bill. it will not change the plan, I have contact agreement of 2 years . If I quit Sprint it will not bring back to unlimited!!!!!
