Banjo, have you read the 1980s spidey comics, right? and the part about "the secret wars" that involves the alien symobiote and fanastic four?

well maybe the fanastic four was the first to find the alien costume, and somehow it gets on Jameson's ship back to Earth, and Spidey tries to save the rocket ship when it accidently landed on the bridge of New York! so when he went and saved some of the people, the alien symbiote somehow gets on his costume without even noticing the black stuff on him.

Spidey went to the Fanastic Four to run afew tests on the strange black-and-white alien costume and stuff so says that its suppose to be attrached to a human so two of them would be much stronger and powerful to survive. possibly about months later, like you said, where Spidey wanted to give up the alien costume so bad it just wont get off him but then went to a church when he was battling such enemies proably shocker and the rhino? I dunno but I only got little of this story though and Eddie Brock was at the same church also and when he was about to commit sucide or something just because he lost his job...the alien got attracted to him and the two become one called Venom so the alien and Eddie both definetly hates Spider-man and seeks revenge against him...the alien wants to kill him for ditching it...and Eddie wants to kill him for losing his job...so they make quite a pair lol.

I think that's pretty much of it...

P.S. Peter ditched the alien costume easily when the church bell rang, and it was so loud that the alien lost focus and then he left it to suffer in pains of the ringing bell.

No, I don't read Marvel comics. I have read a few, but I don't regularly read any at all.

But I did get to learn more about Spider-Man, it's almost like history classes on the internet about comic characters. One excellent place to go is www.spiderfan.org if you want to learn about the characters, and some history to them.

Finally, I watched movie today. Its so awesome. I told my wife that I wanted to watch movie again tomorrow. LOL. Its wondering job for making movie. I loves Dr. Ock and Spiderman fought each other on top of subway and Dr. Oct's hide lab. I admired JJJ talking with his big mouthing. Its funny thing that I saw JJJ's wife in movie but not in comic books all my life! Sometime JJJ always talked about his wife in comic books and movies. When I was teenager, I was wondering what his wife look like and never show her face in any Spidey books.

Wanna me become a SPOILER?? I don't know if you already watch or not. SO Harry learned that who inside Spiderman's mask, also MJ, too!! I suspect Aunt Mary knew. I'm not sure. Wait and see for 3rd movie.

BTW, I'll think Green Goblin will return in 4th movie. Because Harry have to learn some skills training with his dad's weapons and fly machine.(can't remember what it is called) I believe The Lizard will appear in 3rd movie. Dr. Connor was in 2nd movie.

Never almost married Mary in comic books. I have no idea where you get it. Only I knew its JJJ's son, John and cancel wedding because in book, MJ was very confused about her career jobs. In movie, she ran into Peter and wants spend time with him in her life and took a risk life with Peter.

Green Goblin, not Hobogoblin according to the comics. Hobogoblin isn't really related to Green Goblin.

You're right but Hobogoblin stole some secret of Norman Osborn's (Green Goblin) blue prints but not super strength formula. Hobo really wanted formula so bad. After his death, somehow he alive and got a power mutant from evil. (I'm not sure)

I am not sure, but I think Eddie Brock's name was mentioned in the first movie, but not sure about this one.

There is no mention of Eddie in 1st movie, if its true, I'll scream VENOM VENOM VENOM.
I hope there is Eddie will show in 3rd movie and will have Venom in 4th or 5th. GG2 will show in movie later.

I recalled a "Secret War" book long time ago. Yes an alien costume! By the way, Spidey brought Dr. Connor back home from somewhere with black costume, not John Jameson in "Secret War" book. In other book, Spidey brought John Jameson from somewhere.

We finallly saw this movie last night. It was really awesome !! I believe, it will be going third part Spiderman movie. I really enjoyed to watch it with more acts !

I can't wait to get CC on DVD in the end of this year. I would wait for third part then I will buy all set movie I, II and IV Spiderman.

Spider Man 2 damn rulez the box office...I have been SPIDEY FREAKO since I am 5 year old...and collect hundreds of them even I have first appearance of Dr Ock and Green Goblin. My fave villian is VENOM!!! He currently have his own title...my comic buddies have been discuss venom should be in Spider Man movie it...but I told them it wud require MUCH of time doing CGI becuz of Venom's alien syndrome custome....what u think!

it would be a VERY long time to see Venom make an appearance in one of the spidey movies...but let's just hope they won't rush it or it'll be looking bad, if you catch my drift.

if Venom make an appearance in any spidey movies, it would proably be one of the last spidey movies because there aren't really any other popular villains that are more popular than Venom are there?

The secret has been out...at last.

As Sony pictures has already put "spider-man 3" under production and even the creators of the film are already makin another sciprit and all the cast would return for the third and possibly final film that have revoultionized the summer's box office hits.

Now, I just heard from my brother that he has surfed on a website where they tell reports and secrets out of Hollywood...and they are NOT rumors, either.

There won't just be another villain to appear in the next spidey film but THREE at last!

and I'm sure I already you people that actor Church has been signed up to play as a villain in Spider-man 3 but dont know who he'll play as...but now I can finally tell you.

Church is going to play as Sandman.

As for Green Goblin's son, whose seeking revenge against spider-man for assuming he killed his father...obviously, he will be spidey's next villain in the next adventure film.

He wont be the next green goblin...but he will be...

Hologoblin.

and as for the third villain, but not least, is supposed to be the most deadiest and most poweful foe that Spidey has ever faced his entire life.

I dont know the actor's name but I can SHOW you who the villain will be... (look below)

VENOM.

Venom is definetly my most favorite villain/anti-hero of all time in the history of comic books.

Looks like it's gonna be spidey's truly wildest and most exciting non-stop action packed adventure ever filmed in the 21st century of filming. :P

Now it's heavily rumoured that Topher Grace is set to step in the role of Venom. It's only been officially confirmed that these three actors are involved with the Spider-Man sequel.

Some are saying that Sam Raimi's strong disliking of the character, Venom is just a smoke screen to cover up the real truth. That's where Topher Grace come in, and I didn't quite expect an actor like him to be up for a role like that.

Having three villains in a single movie is quite a difficult task because of the heavy character development being put into such a small length of time. Though he did a damn good job on the last one, so maybe he'll succeed on this one.

Just wait for the official announcement which shouldn't take too long now that these rumours has been going around for months.

Topher Grace is way out of leauge for Venom.

why?

cause he's not a bodybuilder, and not even much bigger and taller as Tobey mcguire is.

I mean, C'MON...even Sam should know better than that.

If you ask me, I would recommend "The Rock" or even John Travolta to play as Venom. Not because they are big and strong but I believe they are great actors, indeed.

Just heard more news and rumors about the next upcoming spider-man film...

the director, Railey who directed the first two spider-man films and will do the third and final one has recently said that he's not 100% positive that Venom would fit perfectly in the third installment so yes, there were strong amounts of rumors on Topher Grace going as Venom but as I said before, playing as Venom is way out of league for him because he has nothing compared to Eddie Brock/Venom...not even a body builder either. *shooks head* so I was alittle relifed when I heard rumors from my brother that he proably wont go as Venom after all...whew! so instead he might go as Electro and I don't think that would be too bad if he goes as Electro though...so I dont care if he goes into any other villains but not VENOM!

There has already been word that church is defintely goin to play as Sandman, and I've seen some pics of him as Sandman and he doesnt look too bad after all.
