Something ain't right here at Alldeaf...

A Public Prank at University Library

Sure got me all confused. I was like, "Huh? why is Alex posting all over?" I did think that Alex was the prankster until I read this thread and realized that all of youse members got him. ;-) NICE. :applause: to Deaf258. (why wasn't I on this earlier?! Traitor.)

A prank was played at my university (San Diego State)... I was wandering around in the library which was a giant labyrinth. I was looking for four books... as finally I ascended upon a shelf where all my books were located after running around in the mazes and climb up four floors....
the DAMN fire alarms went off.
A dilemma-- should I ignore it and get my books? Should I evacuate?
Two males came by and tried to talk with me but I said I am deaf.. i think they misunderstood and assumed I couldn't hear them because they were covering their ears as well (The fire alarms must be loud.. there are like ZILLIONS of them all over one floor... flashing lights from each direction! so imagine zillions of fire alarms blaring.)
I dragged my feet down four floors and stepped outside, grumbling as I sat and waited on the steps.

I did wonder what happened.. until I realized-- IT IS APRIL 1. Of course somebody would pull the alarm as a prank.
ARGH.

College. That is what you get-- Immaturity.

[I did come back in after 30minutes of waiting under the sun in 90degrees and climbed all way back and finally reached to my books and grabbed them. the alarms were still going off... but by then I just ignored them.]

lucky alex didnt do anything to my profile or avater... Have Alex gone out of his mind??

I noticed Alex also put "banned" on some members (expect RS61) profiles... I think he is trying to pull pranks on those people..
