Sleeping disorder?

or u could have sleep apena ?? ( i am not sure if it is right spelling) sometime u feel breath problem during bedtime which it could lead to death or worn out by the engery whatever it is... my father in law have one .. and my wife might have one ... I already make her to go see the dr about this because she allllwwwaaaayyyyysss tired all the times .. I am very concern ..

Otherwise , I have problem with sleep which sometime i hate to go bed ! lol .. but i know i have to !! i usually sleep between 4 to 6 hours a day especially weekend oversleep like 8 to 12 hours to catch up to make up for loss lack of sleep ..

i have mild insomina on occasions and when i have TOO MUCH things to do i dont get much sleep either -- on average 4 to 6 hrs

uhmm KW68 -- i am also ALWAYS tired and its due to Hypothyroidism (hormones basically all fucked up) -- ur wife might wanna look into possible thyroid as a problem -- there are 2 kinds -- 1 is hypothyroid where a person (like me) doesnt eat much food and still gain SO MUCH weight *rme* and theres hyperthyroid where a person eats TOO MUCH and still *lose* weight -- both can cause chronic fatigue and thyroid problems are most common in women -- have the doc do a full work up to figure out what the cause is and go from there -- good luck!

well Java gurl -- if u think u might have hyperthyroid talk to ur doc -- since i know u IRL -- u never seem to have a problem with chronic fatigue so i dont think u have that problem -- i think maybe u have high metabolism q but ofc doesnt hurt to ask doc some questions

Make an appointment. Tell ur doctor about ur symptoms. Demand for TSH and T3 blood tests. Can tell u how low or high by trace thru blood tests. Some ppl still have thryoid disease even not have goiters. Just go ahead to get tests before too late.

I Deffy will thanks for the advices :)

People often mistaken insomnia. It's not necessarly NOT being able to sleep at all. But waking frequently through the night could just as easily be insomnia. Just like to point that out.

Sounds to me like you just have a lot on your mind? Worrying CAN prevent you from falling asleep. I know this only too well.

I know I have sleeping disorder. I know that is related to my depression. I have sleeping disorder for very long time. I cant sleep at night most of the time because related to my depression and now I'm okay. Its improving but sleep disorder is still there... I dont know how long I have that but I know for the fact it has been over 5 years.

I have insomnia, have had that since I was a kid. I can go without sleep in a couple days time, but rarely I do get tired.. I just dont always feel tired all the time that's why I'm always up..oh well :) When I can't sleep I just surf through this forum or play game online to keep myself busy.
