Sleep problems

I have the worse sleep problems and I have tried a number of things. If I do sleep it's for 2 hours max I don't know what to do.
 
Have u speak to doctor or find some information in Google?
Could be because of....

Watch tv in dark at late hour?
Using mobile or computer at night?
Eating any or drink caffeine?
Uncomfortable bed?
Nightmare?
Any noise around you?
 
I was on sleeping pills but then it's like I got use to them and I can lay in bed with nothing for hours. I go back to the doctor next week I hope they have answers for me.
