I don't sleep with the hearing aid on. Too uncomfortable, and of course, my hearing aid would whistle away all night. And the whistling sound is even worse than the tinnitus.. and I have tinnitus ALL the time when I don't have my HA on (or if it's just quiet in the room). But once I get to a deep sleep, the tinnitus doesn't bother me.
And migraines do suck. What kind of a diet do you have? Lots of caffine, sugary, salty stuff? Those are triggers for migraines (and tinnitus too). I remember a few years ago... instead of drinking sodas with caffine at night, I would have a Berry Sprite Remix (no caffine).... and I ended up with even louder tinnitus than usual, because of the amount of sodium in the sprite. Oh gee, now what to drink at night (and I do not like water). So watch for that sort of stuff when you eat or drink, it might make a difference.
Of course... for migraines, sometimes caffine helps... but it has to be a certain amount I think. If you ingest TOO much caffine, that can definitely give you a migraine. But if you have a migraine and you don't normally drink sodas or coffee, maybe drink a little bit and see if that helps. Or try some Excedrin Migraine (but try taking 1 pill, some people get pretty jittery if they take 2 due to the amount of caffine in them). Or a soda and some aspirin?
I used to get migraines ALL the friggin' time, for no reason too. A doctor did give me some samples of different migraine medications for me to try. Of course, I now don't remember what they were or which ones worked. Usually the Excedrin Migraine does the trick. But I don't get them much anymore as the antidepressant I am on has really helped.
