my daughter and i saw Sky High the movie. it is a great movie for the family.

"The story is about a group of freshmen in their first few months at a super hero high school named "Sky High." There are all the familiar struggles of high school, such as fitting in, finding a date, and choosing between the friends you have known and loved your whole life and the new popular crowd. These high school newbies have the additional dilemma of learning to use their powers and live up to the reputations that their parents have established as super heroes."

i give the movie 2 thumbs ups for kids sakes ! ;)
 
Wow, deafclimber, you must have seen every one of movies which I am a bit behind :)
I am sure my two teenage nieces will love to watch Sky High.
 
I just saw that two days ago with my boys. you are right it is good for family. i thought it was cute...my oldest liked it very much of course, he is into heros.
 
If I remember correctly, there was a made-for-TV movie exclusively for the Disney Channel years ago that is similiar to "Sky High", both in concept and story, except the family are all black and the boy had to learn how he can still save the day without superpowers.

Nevertheless, I want to see Sky High, too...it's been a LOOOOONG time since the actress Lynda Carter (from the Wonder Woman series) made her appearance! :)
 
I saw the movie a couple weeks ago. I thought it was a good movie. Heh!
 
I watched this movie last night. I liked it and I agree that it is good for a family to watch together.
