Hi, I am new to ASL and I am dedicated to learning more. I have been using the free lessons off of lifeprint.com to learn but I wanted to find someone to practice with. I have both a Skype and Facetime account, though I don’t always have the time to stop and chat due to my schedule.
I am going to be a college freshman and was hoping to find someone who knows ASL or is learning as well.
I'm looking for someone who knows sign language and is patient enough to help me practice and keep up with what I know.

I will be an academic transfer for sign language education & interpretation. My community college doesn't offer sign language classes so I just have to keep up with what I know from previous classes I took this year. That's until I get to the university to "start" my sign language part of my major

That too bad there is no ASL classes , I wonder if there not enough interest in it. Have you tired posting signs in audi offices looking for someone to practice ASL with ?

I haven't started college there yet. I just have all my housing and stuff paid for. If I don't find someone this summer then I'll probably see if the college knows anyone and hang things up.
 
I'm reteaching myself so if you want someone to practice with just let me know :) I can skype or FaceTime
 
I'm not sure if your talking to me or not but if so I'm not sure how to do that I haven't really figured out this site yet haha

Yes I was talking to you, and I'm pretty sure you did it right. I am new too and still figuring things out too
