Sign Language in Music Video?

I saw this music video - it's a Christmas-themed parody of Taylor Swift, and it's kind of funny. About halfway through the video the artist tries to imitate a woman doing sign language (like the Shake it Off video she's bad at it). I'm new to learning sign language and I wanted to know is the signer actually signing the words of the song? How badly does the artist imiate her?
 
I have never seen jingle bell signed that way but you never know they could have learned it wrong. Idk, what I do know is it mixes 2 bad things, Christmas songs and Taylor Swift lol
