I will be selling the laptop, I have someone on hold who wants to buy the big laptop. And Jiro.... grab ahold of something when I show you something, badass when I pick up my brand new spanking desktop PC, which is coming in few weeks. :D

Lappy and MVP

Hi there, I have a pic of my MVP and Lappy on my own old heavy office desk. Darn my photo little bit blurry dues to snapping a pic while clicking a button it's moved little bit..

powerful comps mean nothing to me. what would impress me is what you can do with it. it would be an EPIC FAIL! for you if some poor African boy with $100 EEE-PC can hack into bank and empty your bank account.

PWNT! Don't disappoint me :mad2:

Ubuntu Linux similar to Mac but free and yet the best. You can burn to DVD or CD free of charge. Why don't you try it?

Because it dont support most of the applications people use in either windows or the macos.

Why buy a mac mini? I'm sure they are pretty cheap as far as macs go, I can understand al that; However, I can buy a pc laptop with way more horsepower then that macmini comes with. Lets not forget, that macs are pretty much pcs now anyways.

Okay, here's my three images.

The first image shows my netbook (8.9"): Acer Aspire One. It runs Orca (I have a closeup of Orca in image #3). The second image shows my whole bedroom with my home theater equipment. My HDTV is my Mitsibushi WD-Y577 DLP HDTV acting as a monitor and it runs at 1820x1024. It looks wierd, but having my monitor at 1920x1080 causes my overscan problem and I can't get rid of the underscan in my HDTV, so I used my custom resolution. :( Same with 1280x720.

Mac Mini is perfect for media center and connection to LCD (42 inchs or up) for theater. Mac Mini is smaller than laptop and friendly for tv stand space.

Thanks. Please excuse my picture quality. The light behind me shines at my HDTV.

The screen in my netbook got washed out, which is due to not have a lot of settings in my Samsung Ace phone.

I'm thinking of getting a camera -- maybe more than just a "point-and-shoot," so that I can adjust the exposure in a camera.
