Cheri said:I am Sorry I think I am far behind in the News Can you tell me who is Donald Rumsfeld and What did he do wrong?
illustrator said:so? it's same happen in many wars. Men are always cruel. If I was them, I could do something bad to the enemy.
Sabrina said:It is deplorable ! I am now embarrased to be an American. I am disappointed in Pres Bush and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld what they did to the Iraqis people. They have apologized for the congressmen as it is not enough. Iraqis people who are mistreated by American troops. Many abuses have been hidden from the public.
However, Adolf Hilter - Bush was sorry for the torture of Iraqi prisoners. We need to force him into saying he's sorry for killing innocent women, childern and men for Iraqi OIL!! How many innocent people have died since Saddam has been caught?? Bush is the scum of the Earth.. He went to Iraq with all his bombs to scare the iraqi People out of all their oil!!! Since then he found out they don't scare to easy!! Also, he should say he's sorry for destroying their Country!!! Bush should be charged with war crimes and impeached.
What is more Pres. Bush causes bad economy in this country !! He has more focus on other countries than this country of America. Alot of people are losing their jobs and homes. Spend billion taxes for other countries than America ! *sigh*
Pray for all the troops who will never spend Mothers day with their Mother Again.. These are sad days for America.

It's nothing to do with president bush with this issue.. president bush have no idea about what happend in iraq prision. till the MP found edvices about US soilders been abusing iraq people. because rumsfeld permits abuse.
And.. believe it or not... Bush didn't make more jobs lose.. He MADE every jobless got their job back.. and its lowest UNEMPLOYMENT since 2000.. dang.. its lowest than Clinton era times. so bush succuess that one.

Former President George Bush predicted in 1996 that if the United States were to engage in another war with Iraq, one aimed at overthrowing Saddam Hussein, the "entire Arab world would turn against us" and the U.S. would alienate its allies in the international community.
"To occupy Iraq would instantly shatter our coalition, turning the whole Arab world against us, and make a broken tyrant into a latter-day Arab hero," Bush said in an interview with the BBC marking the five-year anniversary of the Gulf War.
Moreover, Vice President Dick Cheney said at an energy conference six years ago that hundreds of thousands of United States soldiers and Iraqi civilians would die if a war in Iraq were ever fought on the streets of Baghdad.
"To have brought the (Gulf) war into the populous Iraqi capital of Baghdad where Hussein is based would have involved a different type of military operation than in the desert, and would have put large numbers of Iraqi civilians and hundreds of thousands of our troops at risk of being killed," he said.

It's that simple..... They fucked up Iraq long enough that the world is pretty much pissed at us.
Poppa Bush was right about Iraq after all......

Obviously, GWB did not listen to what his father had to say. Since reading more about the warnings that Poppa Bush has quoted often during his interviews and writings before the current Iraq mess, Poppa Bush has earned my respect more than GWB.
Now Iraq is a smoldering mess with the POW abuse scandals, the Al-Sa'adr insurgency, 700+ dead soldiers and a disintegrating coalition. Turned out Poppa Bush's quote was right on target about the current war.
Now I know why Desert Storm was stopped short of Baghdad in 1991.... Liberating Kuwait was good enough for Poppa Bush, but unfortunately it cost him the 1992 election....
Now all I just want is for both Rummy and Dumbya to get the hell outa of the White House....

He dont work there, ya know? so why blame him?..this guy blew the whistle on the abuse so thats how Rumsfield find out..if this guy never said anything, then this abuse would have continued..geez!...I BLAME the soldiers who inflicted the abuse on the prisoners..maybe they deserved punishment for something they did, but they should not torture/abuse them! Put them in solitary confinement or something like that..it is so wrong for them to torture them in a terrible way, really..im disgusted with these American soldiers! makes me ashamed/embarrassed for being an American, damn it!..........grrrrrrr!

Is that right? i didnt know that, i must have missed the news and i didnt know it happened back in January! good grief!....no wonder Rumsfield is in trouble..guess he was trying to fix it so Bushyass would not find out! haha..Banjo said:The problem here is, Rumsfield did not brief Bush on the situation, and he was aware of the situation and became involved back in January.
Now, it's exposed. President Bush is not too happy, because he was not briefed on the situation.
Red Cross repeatedly warned the government of the situation prior to the exposing, and not much was done before that.
