against the law? yeah right... we all took risks everyday for what we enjoy in our life. Bungee jumping, skydiving, traveling in plane, helicopters and even we drive on the road. Everything we face is dangerous and risky. Nothing will protect people around the world.

I agree with others that you, Buckdodgers want to take control, but we aren't going to let you control us. Here is what the Famous 4 Freedoms FDR's speech during World War II:

Freedom from FEAR
Freedom from WANT
Freedom of SPEECH
Freedom of every person to WORSHIP to god

This is exactly what we want everywhere in the world. No body to take control and to deny us those freedoms :ty:
 
People do all sorts of dangerous things. I've bungee jumped (when I was 19) and loved it. My brother skydives, another friend of mine does freebase jumping. If you don't like something then don't do it - but don't dictate to others that they shouldn't be allowed to simply because you don't.

Freedom of Speech? Then how come Howard Stern was Fined by the FCC? And Janet Jackson wasnt fined at all for her super bowl stunt?

Freedom from Fear? Then How come george bush has turned america into a POLICE STATE? Reagan was a true meaning of Freedom from fear,He didnt need a patroit act to combat terrorism.

Freedom of every person to WORSHIP to god? Then how come we have church vs state and you cant pray or read the bible in public school but you can read the Koran and Teach Evolution?

Explain these !!!!!

The link you provided here looks not professional - more likely DIY bungee, I just saw about 4 different bungee jumpings at New Zealand last week, theirs is far much better and looks security and more safe in my book.

Princess Anne of England's daughter Zara Phillips jumped ok in NZ!

I can't tried it myself otherwise I will pee on my pants, I am too chicken!!

This thread is related to bungee jumping or extreme sports topic. What Buckdodgers post isn't related and is off topic. What I did was just put my .02 about the 4 kinds of Freedoms that's all nothing more. That's why I said I'll leave it at that... means end of discussion.

It was on Channel 13 Eyewitness News back in march 1995. Richeard Sher said if youre caught using a supersoaker in baltimore city expect to be arrested.

I'm not from Baltimore City. I know there is nothing in State Law about it, and I spent about 15 minutes looking over Baltimore City Code and could not locate anything.

With that said, however, if you shoot somebody with one, it could probably be considered assault. That would be stretching it a bit, but if you shot somebody in the eye causing an injury..or if you load bleach into it (which has happened), then it would definately be assault. I can't find anything that specifically bans any type of water gun or super soaker.
