Weird, he was let go but he is still wanted.

He is "wanted — out of custody," according to the Missouri Department of Corrections website. The site said that Haywood's "active offenses" include tampering with a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

caz, that person did not have the ankle bracelet taken off because it itched. He's got mental health issues and believed it was a bomb and it was making his mental health get worse, which they legally considered to be torture. That's why it was removed.
 
on news this morning he had adverse allergy to what ever it made of..Do you really think he had mental problems I not sure

Who know , I guess we'll learn more in the next few days . now there 4 convicts on the lose , another one just escape from a police car killing the police .
 
this all come down to being to much paper work..over here if cop arrest someone he spends next many hours doing paper work and not his job therefore never see cop on streets
