you never make specific saying you would use little or something. :/

I can't use salt of my plm heart. My dr ordered me stopped it. I use Mrs. Dash salt-free.

Oh yeah, my Dad loves to eat salty foods but he was told to take low sodium salt due his heart problem and blood pressure (cholesterol level). We tried low sodium salt... it taste "too much salt" than normal salt...

WRONG!

if use too much salt, yes, it's serious problem issue for health.

Suggest to use seasalt a little and it's good for blood when need a little. That's it!

Learn a little more respect! There's no need to yell at Tweetybird. Salt is everywhere in most foods. I don't remember what is the smallest amount of salt we need between time to time.

Fishes in the fish tank, are we suppose to put salt in the water???
I don't know if Goldfish can swim in fresh water or salt water.

I put salt on everything except drinks. I gotta have salt.
I even put salt on raw tomatoes and eat it like apple, it's a fruit anyway.
I also put salt on watermelon.
I gotta put salt on potato and also popcorn too.

I think we're supposed to have something around 2400 mg of sodium in a day. Not sure what this translates to in grams, but if you look at the nutrition label on any can good, the daily allowance is listed.

Hope this helps! :thumb:

My Mom cooks with salt, so I get my content that way. I don't like a lot of it, though, so when the food gets to the table, I don't add any extra salt.

use balance, then it's good for you.

Use too much salt like potato chip, it's BAD :/

When I grew up, mostlly as a kid, I would put LOTS of regular salt in my food even if it already have salt in it. I also used to hate putting pepper in my food, but now it doesn't bother me at all.

Today, I mean since recent years I decided to put little salt in my food, and if it is already salted in during cooking, I wouldn't add more salt.
