what kind of salt do you guys like to cook food with?

Kosher salt, Table Iodide Salt, or Sea Salt?

I sprinkled Kosher salt on my Pretezel, and it tasted good, even
though I got false teeth, ha.

Did you guys ever use Kosher salt and Sea salt?

I do like to using Sea Salt... But sometime, I don't like to adding salt in my food.

Depends on what kind of food that I would add Sea Salt or not.

Sea Salt but now I am trying to cut it down and do my LIMIT on it. Depend on what food that need some 'flavor'. I would just put a pitch that's it!

I never like salt for years... I like to eat natural taste without it. The reason why I don't use salt on any food is that covered the taste of what ure cooking and also my heredity have the problem with the high blood pressure. I don't have it cuz I eat organic food so far. I am really hate to taste salt in my mouth.

Some people believe Iodized salt help stop blockage in artery.

And I read the ingredient that Table salt has more sodium than Sea Salt and Kosher salt.

I use spices/herbs. No salt for me. :)

I only add little bit of salt when cooking the food... but when im eating the food nope i don't add salt... sometimes my body tells me it too much salt if i had fries if ordering it etc... so i don't add extra salt.

There're no list in poll, I vote to.

I have a low iodine due thyriod gland problem. I need to use more iodine salt to produce thyroid hormones. I don't like salt much but I has to because of this. I mix iodine salt including fluoride & folic acid with herbs. It taste good.

I really don't understand why I got low iodine because I eat fishes and seafood real alot because high iodine found in fishes and seafoods... :dunno:

I don't cook with salt but use salt on the table for family to use. It's too much if I salt the cooking and then plus salt again during meal time. That's why I don't cook with salt.

If I salt the meat to cook then I do not use salt extra during meal time.

I love using lots of table salt on my hot chips and roast pork only!

I never cook vegetables with salt - what's for??

HEY! Don't use Seasalt during cook because it will lose nutritional.

It's use for after cook, you apply seasalt on food.

For during cook, use either regular or Kosher.

If plan to roast meat in grill.. best to use Hawaii Red salt. VERY GOOD STUFF.
