Have you seen the video of american cops gang-beating at 300 lbs African American guy in Philadelphia? Have you seen a video of cops shot and killed a guy on Bart station in San francisco? Some American cops shoot taser gun to people. I don't see Russian cops

Yup, both of US and Russia has police brutality issues so no difference, however I heard about some prisons in Russia still use torture, it has been since Russia Empire era.
