Run for your life, Bugs Bunny!!!

Don't Australia have hawks and/or owls??? Are they sleeping off their heavy meals????

Dynamite? Kinda over the top, I have to say.

Hunt them would make sense, but apparently not enough people are. Rabbits has been a problem since the day they were brought over to Australia from England.

Yes Australia do have hawks and eagles and owls.

Far out... dynamite, that's crazy.

I used to hunt rabbits when I was young. Using dynamite? It is stupid.

My Aussie friends told me many times that they were having severe problems with rabbits. Some of them even entered their houses and caused some mess there.

Acme dynamite? An anvil? Just like the cartoons. . .

It's because they don't really have a lot of predators preying on the rabbits. When you introduce a foreign species to a different country, it can wrecks havoc on the ecology.

Exactly right

Why don't they just give the rabbits guns and cocaine. Let them take themselves out.

BTW........Like the pun......Use dynamite to control the explosive population growth! :giggle:

THIS I gotta see! :rofl2: Have these people ever seen "Caddyshack"? LOL

Why not get a dog? Terriers could keep them out of the yard.

I remember reading a couple years ago that a member of the Royal Family brought the rabbits over so he could have something to hunt. Only the Royal Family would do something so selfish... yet another reason to be anti-monarchy.

I hope that Australia can get their rabbit population under control. It's been a constant struggle for them

Rabbits are considered as rodents! Just like rats and squirrels.

Indeed a nuisance! Even Florida farmers have trouble with them.
