Rock Salt supply in Northeast at critical low

You don't understand this at all! Im talking about STORAGE next to mining!!!!!!!!!!!. I am not talking about inside the mine. I am talking about the storage, how can I be too clear to you. I have NOT mention that mine is drying up!

It is like store selling only salt, it was full or at near full for years, all sudden the whole store salt goes almost empty.

It takes time to dig the mine, that is why they put bunch of them on storage ready to ship out, but because storage is at dangerously low, meaning it will take more time to get salt out and put on railroad hopper cars than from storage to railroad hopper cars.

This one is smaller than what I have passed and see all the time..

Don't forget that I mentioned railroad is at least three times longer than normal.

Finally, my topic HAVE nothing to do with running out of salt, my topic is about the surge of demand, however you Jiro look other way which I don't know where you get the idea from!

That mine has about ten times more salt mine than picture shown above, image it is gone right now. What does that mean? That means the demand for salt this year is very high, higher than previous years.

is oil unlimited?

um...... that's not what you said....

Know what? I passed the salt mine several times in the past years. Normally, I see them at full capacity, the pile is very high and huge, ready to be dumped on railroad hopper cars. Recently, I passed that same salt mine, almost empty! That is not normal and triple the normal number of railroad hopper cars lined up! They are working around the clock right now.

let me ask you this.... what do you think what this post meant?
what's not normal is it being at full capacity all the time

Can you see the real salt mine from the highway????????? The salt mine is underground, nobody but miners can see it. The pile in mine? LOLOLOLOL Pile is always outside of the mine.

um...... that's not what you said....

cat litter?! I do not want a slick road. Its clay based and when its driven over with many cars, it becomes a gooey slick mess. It works only for a once time traction thing to get out of stuck area, not on roads with commuters.

Sand is the best thing and it can be scooped up every spring from side of roads and used again. If anything - use sand, no salt. It will teach you the meaning of winter driving.

I have seen the exact same salt mine diehard biker said.

The thing is we live in a I WANT and ITS YOUR FAULT society. There is no such thing as sensible salting. If we have it, use it! Also the tax payers are at the DOT mercy since they based the next year taxes on last 3 years of salt use, etc - so If we have a big pile - they use it alot of it so they can ensure a big source of income next year. It just gets bigger and bigger every year. Guess what - since salt stockpile is at a all time low- and we already already dipping in reserves, the taxes gonna go up based on this winter in next 3 years. :(
