Lisa Lampanelli is well known if you're involved in the comedy scene. Otherwise, don't be surprised if you get your heart deflated by her words of daggers.

Well done.
Why is she even bothering to RIT knowing that there's a college for the deaf in the campus? I say absurd!
Hi, Serendipity, I think I read somewhere that she was recently told about the existence of over 1,000 deaf students attending that school. This is why I am curious what happened there last Friday night.....

I know who led the protest.
He was interviewed by the news. First, he said that she had no right to speak that way. Then, he said that he believe in freedom of speech.
Boy, talk about contradiction! :sure:
Yet, he goes around slandering hearing people?Well, there's freedom of speech and slandering. There's two different things. It is one thing to openly criticize certain groups for their poor qualities but it is another thing to slander them by claiming they are doing something terrible which they haven't.
There's also freedom of speech and excessive badmouthing. Lisa Lampanelli, while making herself clear that she's an insult comic, stills crosses the excessiveness. It's not something that is seen as morally "okay".
I really don't know who you're talking about though. I only know one girl who led this also: Noella Kolash.

"People who aren't familiar with her comedy, it's easy to get offended by it," McComb said. "She loves everybody. She's not hateful in her act. The reason she gets away with things like that, people know when you're hateful about it and it doesn't work."
