Rachtrey, pretty much ALL the Deaf colleges and universities are open to new Signers. It's no longer 1985, with the dorms filled with kids who spent their entire academic career at a Deaf School....there are plenty of oral and mainstreamed kids attending ALL the schools (NTID, Gally and CSUN)
Definitly go..... attending may give you a boost and edge.
