Riding a bike on a treadmill is a bad idea.

That was great! If more people did that at the gym I would be more interested in going.:P
The sad thing is, now treadmills will have to come with a warning so that the manufacturers don't get sued. :roll:

Thats almost the same thing that happened to me while riding my bike off the bed of the pick up truck.. Somehow the entire skin behind my ear got scraped off.... That hurt
Reminds me of a time my friend in high school decide to drop off a semi-truck, ended up snapping his frame and a whole lot of dental surgeries. A few ceramic teeth in there. He used to be hard-core mountain biking, but after that he only did like kiddie paths, like a car street.
