Reduce my pic to small size!

need a help over here!!! i need to reduce the pic to smaller size than higher as it is now.

could ya help me out??

How small do you want the pictures?

The first is currently 480 x 320.
The second is currently 160 x 120.

Do you want them modifed in what way? If you want both for avatars, that would mean making them 100 pixels or less. If you want the first picture as your avatar, it would look good if it was cropped before resizing. Let me know and I'll be happy to fix them up for you.

aww the first one, i wanna them full with the frame that i had before.
