B-12 is a vitamin for iron in your your body. I showed that I have a very low iron in my system.. I'm always tired, weak, and no energy. I tried taking vitamin pills and it didn't work. So the dr gave me a shot every 2 weeks and now I'm doing the injection myself at home once a month. Yep that's for life.

No I don't have pets but I'm thinking of getting a fish tank filled with cute fishes :)

Yes I had a turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch.

I haven't eat yet..but I had skittles on way home ha ha But I will eat very soon!
