Are they requirement certificate before start storytelling for deaf childrens at Library?
What about deaf volunteer to help Story sign for deaf children at Library?
I used to work at a library. No you don't need a certificate to do storytelling. Yes they love volunteers! They would be happy to accept that.
I might just start to incorporate sign language when i do storytelling for kids. They are all hearing but it won't hurt them learning asl.

How nice of you... One thing, I can't speaking use my voice and same time sign Language.. What about you?
I can, but I can also sign and not speak, something I taught myself how to do, and I do it well.
To use ASL, one is not supposed to speak using his/her voice.
