I am planning to walk from my home to my workplace then i will take a longer distance home on return.
ah you're gonna walk instead of running. well then - make sure you don't bust your knees! IF possible - do try to walk on nature trail instead of concrete because from what I read - the evolution made us adapted to traveling on ground... not concrete. something about running/walking on concrete sends shock thru your feet to your legs to your back.On weekends, I will walk along the canal or from my home to downtown.
