Can I use Mandrake Linux 10.0 with Windows XP Pro in 1 HD?

You can...but you will need Virtual PC. I have redhat linux fedora 3 with windows xp sp2 are both that Virtual PC.

you can use partional magic. but i recommend you use susie lunix :) but im on redhat linux 9.0 for some reasn =/

You can, but unless you planned ahead and left some space on the hard drive not being used by Windows (probably NTFS) partitions, you'll have to resize those partitions to leave space for Linux to use.
 
If you just want to play around, check out Knoppix. No partioning or changing your WinXP config needed.
