Why didn't FCC do same thing with Viable at begin being fine instead arresst them? Purple didn't get arresst but got the fine?

Again 180 days, mean to figure 100,000 re-pay back each day...

Question; how do they success? They haven't resolve with investment yet.

I am not point that Purple is bad... it mean someone who work there didn't manage right.
 
From standpoint, basically Purple is now on life-support, brain dead and the organs are being harvested... I don't see any much needed reveune to come up with the outstanding balance with the creditors and 180 days to return the money they owe... with new ruling will cut down dramatically on calls that are compenstated accordingly. No additional funding to keep it floating.

Lets see how it rolls...
 
Why don't they just file chapter 13 bankrupty protection? Do you really think they can find $100,000 a day to pay back for $18 million in the hole? Worse case, they would have to charge for P3, charge for the laptop at a retail price, charge everything on their site...but will it sell well? I don't think so.

Which so far... it's mostly CEOs and such that are charged with frauds.

I am just asking... would why an employee quit during bad times? They can't afford to anyway.

It is NOT, "........180 days to return the money they owe....."; they have 180 days to come up with a PLAN to return that money. They may agree to a 10 year plan, FOR EXAMPLE, to return that money.

Well, I, for one, will NOT work in a company setting that has the will to harm the Deaf community. I have better integrity than that.
