I have good news that FCC and Purple had agreed to release the fund and work out the final agreement. We are not in bankruptcy and this is a fact. :)

I am so happy for Kelby Brick, my friend and former dorm suitemate and Cary Barbin, another friend of mine. Jerry Nelson was one of my former Gally professors as well.

I know very well Jerry Nelson of former RIT student. I had met Kelby Brick last fall. he was very nice.

oh? Do you have link for it. i didn't know that kelby and cary got involved with purple.
 
I considered this as unconfirmed rumor. I won't believe anything until source is backing up your claim.
 
As a purple representative. I can confirm, with highest intergrity and in confidence that Purple is alive as you had stated. I watched internal VLOG at Purple HQ with interest.

FCC had agreed and had instructed NECA to release funds to Purple. FCC and Purple are still working out some issues and may not be able to come to an agreement for several months later.
 
Even though I am a representive of a VRS company (Yes, I am), and it does not mean anything to our customers. I would refer them (Customers) to the source, or our VRS website.

I have checked your company website, nothing is updated so far.

Did I say this is a fake or this is baloney?

I am simply saying I don't believe until I hear from reliable source. That means I am holding my pants as tight as it goes. ;)

Well, right now it is heated issue because of what happened at Viable VRS. There have been fraud going on. Fraud must be stopped or in control somehow. The point is fraud and cheating is not acceptable and will never be tolerated.

I believe that FCC, FBI, and other involved agencies are now sorting out and trying to figure out what is really going on. So far, total of only 4 people plead guilty, one already pleaded not guilty so will see what the outcome be. It will take few years before the dust settles down and we will know by the end. I do not believe there will be major disruption in VRS industries.
