Protesters trapped their arms in barrels filled with cement to block traffic

Damn fools ! They blocked the traffic so fire trucks and ambulances could not get through so if someone had a heart attack they'll drop dead waiting for help . It would be very ironic if one of the protester parent needed help and an ambulance could not get to them on time.

I totally agree. They should all be arrested.

They're being arrested and a cop was recording the whole thing to be use as
evidence that they used no police brutality while trying to free the fools from the harden cement . They put their whole arm into soft cement and let it get hard. How stupid is that !

These protesters get the Darwin award too .

Very stupid.

Yeah , in my opinion I think the protestors are doing more harm for their cause than anything. People are doing to dismiss they as crackpots!
They should be sitting down and having intelligence conversations with city officials on how to fix the problem instead of creating a traffic nightmare .
You don't win people over by pissing them off! Or maybe they do not know how have an intelligence conversations ...

They should bill each person personally for the money it cost the city to have the cops and public workers clean this mess up. This was not a peaceful protest.

It's crazy...and some nuts are easily manipulated to pull such stupid stunts like this....A protest?......just a publicity stunt...and if I were their parents I would have slapped them silly...Cops should just roll them into their police vans and drop them off in the woods...leave them there, embedded in cement. Anyhow, hope the Judge throws the book at all of them.

Wonder what their medical bills will look like to get that stuff chiseled off?

I was thinking that when I saw this on the news and everyone that was late for work and lost some pay should sue the protesters for lost wages .

And the protest put people lives at risk if they had a medical emergency in traffic.

I would move them to the side of the street and let them figure out how to get free from the cement. they got themselves into it, let them figure how to get out.

I was just saying that to my daughter they could lose circulation in their arms and it so cold out is a good way to get frost bite.

And to think some of these people are college students .

An ambulance was not able to get through traffic b/c it was blocked by the damn fools! Disgusting !

These are all the idiots pretending to be a free speech group but the real agenda is to trample over everyone's rights....

A reporter was asking on of the idiot some questions and she told the reporter
"To get out of her way!" I was like WTF the damn fool had traffic backed up for 10 miles and she had the nerve to tell a reporter to get out of her way.
The ambulance that could get though traffic had an older man in the ambulance that was badly hurt in an accident and had to taken to another hospital in Brockton instead of one in Boston . The judge posted no bail for the protesters so they were able to leave and the court date is in Feb. I bet done of them will show up !

oh my.... they'd risk cement poisoning.... unless they wore plastic covering on their arms.

I don't think the did wear any plastic covering on their arms, it didn't look like on the news . Some of the protesters are part of the occupy movement that took over Wall Street and been arrested before , so I wonder why the judge let them all walk . There were two group of protesters ,they had their arms locked together and blocked traffic too.

http://www.masslive.com/news/boston/index.ssf/2015/01/quincy_protests_93.html The cops had cover up their faces while the cut open the barrels . I feel bad for the poor cops having to put up with there damn fools .

I actually like this idea.

The article said that some protestors were wearing diapers as they planned on sitting for a very long time. Let them sit in dirty diapers for a few hours and see if they still have all that "pride".
