Pro Trump Tow Truck Refuse To Tow Handicap Sander Supporter

Handicap? Article I saw said Disabled... but that's semantics even though most people prefer disabled.

The truck driver is trying to use his 'religious belief' in denying her services when really it's his political belief (against Sanders) that's interfering. Amazing how far people will go to excuse denying services... let alone leaving a disabled person stranded on the side of the road without even either suggesting who else to call or offering to call someone else for her.

Nothing we can do about the guy except maybe word of mouth to not do business with him.

I been thinking how hard would it be to move to Canada . I saw this on another forum I use and the OP wanted to know if the tow guy
violent the handicap rights by refusing to help her. If the guy works for a company they should fire him , that is no way to run a business .

Sadly, most comments are ignorant and idiot - they bashed at woman with disabilities.

That why I kept political view as secret to public but I usually share online, especially AD forum.

I have same feeling - deal with haters in America.

I'm sure that Europe has same issues, but much worse in Middle East and North Africa due to Islamist extremists.

If you don't want deal with conservatives - avoid southern states at all charge - they are one of most conservative, also avoid most of rural area nationally.
 
There is remind - most people hate towing companies over all US.
 
I feel like here in Oregon we are not bugged by it as much. That is true Oregonian and not people who moved here, they just come for the illegal pot but don't know how to puff puff pass hehehe

According to the link above, it didn't mention anything about a religious belief. It stated it was because of money:

"He believes Sanders supporters are socialists, and says he's had problems with two customers over the last six months who supported him. Shupe said they caused him problems over paying their bills.

'I've had some horrible experiences in the last six months with towing cars for this mindset individuals, in that I don't get paid. They want to argue about a $50 tow bill, and it turns into just a drama and a fuss. And I said, you know, I'm not going to associate with them, and I'm not going to do any business with them,' Shupe said."

That would be a pretty drastic move over just one guy's action.

Really? We've used tow truck services often and we've had no problems. One of our friends owns a towing company and he's a very nice guy.

If we didn't have towing companies we'd be stuck on the side of the road. Tow trucks are very necessary.

It's not just him, it has been a mix of things over the years. I just want to move back to my family's home land Ireland. My family moved her 5 generations ago and I want to move us back

Yes because most cases, towing companies are used to tow vehicles that violation of parking regulation and used as repo so they got end up in fighting over fees, also that why some cities own towing like DC, Philly and NYC to take cars away without dealing with private towing companies.
 
I think that people just need to remember that the tow truck drivers are just doing their jobs and not trying to hurt people when they repo or tow from parking issues.
 
I might have a strong political difference with someone but that doesn't mean if they need help as in this example, I will refuse to help them.
