I don't foresee if ever happening....lot of those Lifers/Death Row prisoners are in there for rape and murder....women and children. Why should we offer them more "jollies" for crimes of this nature? Are the "working girls" expendable?....

As for sex in prison, always and always will be among the inmates. I was told that once a inmate arrives in prison, he needs to bulk up and fight to gain respect. Then he will be left alone for the most part....if he/she is a "wussy" then they are passed on and on.

The question i have is, given what you admit and accept, why?

There's no question that humans (most anyway) need sex but the question is... is it safe to be allowing sex to those who were convicted of quite heinous sex crimes that include rape, sexual abuse and getting off on a sexual high when murdering/hurting the victims? Are we sure that isn't going to happen- that their impulse/cravings to harm/kill won't outweigh just having basic sex. Even with "safeguards" (whatever they are) in place- I would think there is a strong potential for that to happen.

As far as I'm concerned...their sexual impulses and needs can go to hell...especially if they abused them raping and murdering women and children to satisfy their animal lust....Men such as this are not Men...they are animals....that's why they are locked up.

The quality of the product woud be different obviously,

Why would the screws need hookers? They aren't incarcerated. They can do what they want on their own time and dime.
