I'm sure a lot of you have sold a thing or 2. You may have sold at flea market. You may have sold via craigslist. I know that many people chose to not do price tags. That is fine. I would like to ask about people that do use price tags. How do you go around it?

Do you just get a piece of paper and tape to price items?

Buy small stickers, write down price, then stick them on your items?

Do you get small paper with string, write down price and put around your item?

Lastly, any cheap places you would recommend to buy price tags?

Is one way better than others? Share your experiences :).

I think the simplest would be to use stickers. I like the string thing, cuz it's easier to remove the price tag, if it's for a present, but there isn't always a place to attach a string.

Masking tape & a Sharpie pen, especially at yard sales & flea markets.

just use tape and sharpie pen. cheap n' easy.

I've used both the stickers and the tape....for some stuff that all sells for $1..I put in a box with a sign saying $1 each....same as for clothes....folded and laid on a table...

As for the stickers, some are hard to get off....and sometimes the tape will peel the finish off an item....*cheep, cheep*

Post-it super sticky full adhesive notes are great. They adhere to most items very well and never leave a residue or damage the finish.

I prefer your method. I hate trying to remove sticker residue from items.
