ur the one getting screwed NOT the inmate and way its sounding if hes been in jail more than once then its best that he used his own nogging and file a greiveance for the ADA and then he ll be provided real fast! see i know how to get into poeple's face unlike u mr know it all.
 
At least I know what I'm doing and I have an 87% success rate and I'm not getting very combative in my posts like this thing from Hawaii is.
