Yeah, another reason I opt for paperless billing. I check it online in pdf format to see the break down. And call the customer service if I see something wrong.
Headaches to have to shred all the old bills and personal info then having to replace shredder when it wears out. Paperless billing also saves environment too.

Yes. I've never had it any other way. It could be that we use major carriers in a large metro area, so they really do break it down. A bill can take up like 4 pages of how everything is broken down.
