Yes, I remember about unraveling from berber carpet on stair and the dust/pet hair popped on top of carpet. :ugh:

That why I prefer super plush or denser frieze - feel good. :D

Yeah, that would be nice to have metal wall, it's just part of my "collection" of magnetic thangs. Whenever I saw magnetic card/promo piece, I collect it and put it on the filing cabinet. When it start to fill up and no place to put more on it, I look at my wife cabinet....she said.."DON'T YOU DARE ever put one on it!!"

It might well not hold as well as mine that are steel but Googling for "magnetic paint" brings up a lot of results. Some is primer that you can use under other paint so you are not limited to a few colors. Put it on a wall in your office not hers.
