oh my gosh! you did send to company for refunds?

I called the online store and complained when it didn't arrive, they gave me a refund (they then claimed a refund from Parcelforce who supposed to be delivering it) and I used the refund to go to a store and buy a copy.

A month later I found that envelope out in the soggy rain, brought it in, dried it out... sold the copy of the game inside (it was inside the envelope, then shrinkwrapped lunchbox, then its own shrinkwrap so it was completely unaffected) to my workmate for his daughter at half price.

So in the end, and quite rightly, only the stupid delivery company lost out.
