New York Central "High-speed" railcar M-497 on a test run between Butler Indiana and Stryker Ohio. The M-497 reached a record speed of 183.85 miles per hour. This is a Husqvarna 510 TE, i rode one exactly the same 15 years ago, (1989 model, the 88's in photo very similar just the 89' was pretty much the same) it was flaming Fast - not for the weak hearted!! the 1989 model is below;
