Population of city/town where you live at?

San Diego -- Population (year 2000): 1,223,400. Estimated population in July 2005: 1,255,540 (+2.6% change)

But I don't live in the CITY anymore-- I am in San Diego County (40 minutes radius from the city) which populates 2,813,833 in the whole area....

I live in this certain "town" (it is called a city but I think it is part of San Diego since it is certainly swallowed up) which populates 48,044 ...
I don't really like it here. I am a city gal, not a farm girl.

The population in King county where I live for census 2000 was 1,737,000. The 2006 pop is around 1,835,000. The county itself is about 2,000 square miles.

where I live in a city of Melbourne -
Population (2006): 3,634,233

The city where I was born in England is..
Population (year 2001) - 7,172,091

Is that London, UK?

correct :)

Actually it is next to Kent where I was born in, I couldn't find it, as its only 45 minutes radius away - who cares!
I would apprecticed if you help to search for me please?

Yeah, he has been in office too long. It is time for a change. That young Harry Ford boy in my opinion should run for mayor. I think he will do a better job as mayor than the last several mayors!

I'm sick of the Ford... they are the most Dysfunctional Family I ever seen...
Since the family is so screw up, I don't think they can run the city either.

I want somebody else new... give them a chance... maybe bring
more Jobs here...

The younger Harry seems to be the better one in his family. Which one would you rather have as your mayor, Ford or that dimwit like Jerry Lawler as your next mayor?

As for more jobs to the city, I think this is already being done. ServiceMaster, a major company from Chicago recently made an announcement on relocating its worldwide headquarters and 500 jobs to the city (most likely they will settle in the Winchester vicinity). More announcements from other companies are in the works. You can read more on the local newspaper and business newspaper as well.

If you want to continue this, why don't you create a thread? This is kind of off topic in this thread. I am sure other posters like Sequoias and PacMan will love to discuss stuff like that in their cities and etc.

(Sorry Sequoias about this.)

According to the link, the population of my town was 27,752 in the year 2000.

Update: Last year it is over 37,714. By 2010, it is projected to have a population of 43,756.

The population for my city in 2000 was 79,334 and 85,920 in 2005. The city recently annexed which should come to somewhere around 94,000 by now. The city including the unincorporated part comes to total of about 340,000.

In Atlanta, where I live just minutes from, the population in 2000 was 416,474 and now 470,688 in 2005. Currently, the mayor believes the city's population is way over that. The city including the unincorporated part comes to total of about 890,000.

Someone here on this thread already mentioned the population of the place I live in now.

I used to live in Los Angeles and currently, the L.A. county have about 12 million people!!:eek3: Way too crowded for my taste...

Does some unincorporated are going merge into city of Atlanta?
